Plasma Sculptor Colored Objects Fix

There were a few issues with the Plasma Sculptor Colored Objects that Boalt92 was kind enough to fix:

1) the blue barrier overrides the default german barbed wire barrier
2) all the colored barriers appear as solid blocks instead of barbed wire
3) the damaged versions of the barriers and the streetlights revert back to green

If you already have this downloaded and installed, then you'll only need to extract the files and overwrite the existing ones and you're done.
