low frames per second

Hi all,

I have a pretty nice laptop (ran Bioshock np). Graphics card is Nvidia quadro fx 3500m, dual core 2.33 GHz, 2 GB ram. When I play Freedom Force, I get 15-30 fps on lowest and highest graphics settings. Any ideas what's going on?
