This is miles better. I love the grey/blue tone you went with. I'd personally make the white a little brighter, but it's still very nice. Love the way you shaped the eyes.

i agree, it is a huge improvement of spidey's best ever costume. the colours and tones blend more naturally and the overall colour is closer to the characters real colour. also the lines you've used to show the raised white material is prominent and pronounced, as i think it should be. the highlights look great, the one on pete's forehead in particular looks off centre. i'm gonna presume thats an intentional move, because light sources rarely come from front on at 90 degrees.

Yeah I like the gey/blue as well, took a while to get a shade I was happy with.

Im blushing and yeah the highlight is off to the right slightly, was trying to make it less symetrical.

Been meaning to finish that skin, and the venom one, the spider-man one, man this could go on for ages.

Anyway while I was looking through my ultimates books for refs I was inspired to try and skin this guy.


Bear in mind its still very much a WIP, and he does need his own skope/mesh  ;)
