character tool

Recently i had to reinstall FFvTTR and all the extras that go with it when it came time to install the character tool i wasnt able to locate it i did a search on the forums and the site that had it is not longer functioning due to bandwith issues is there another way to get it?

Check out this similar thread. (The CTool2 is in the same mod tools distribution as FFEdit.)

Hmmm. I may modify the game FAQ to help with this...
