Thougther Buildings

If you mean tougher, than yes, it's quite easy.  If you open up FFEdit, make sure it's Primary Data Path is pointing to whatever mod you want, then go to the 'templates' tab.  From here, you can find all of the buildings entries and set their health to a higher value.
