I bought it for Marvel Ultimate Alliance Gold Edition. This version gives you the Hulk, Venom, Doctor Doom, Hawkeye, Sabertooth, Magneto, Cyclops and Nightcrawler. I thought I did my homework as far as what I need for hooking up sound and stuff...wrong. I bought the VGA cable to hook it up into my monitor and a Y-audio adapter to plug into my soundcard. I plugged the Y adapter into my sound card and plugged the two audio plugs from the VGA cable into that but did not get any sound. I don't know how the 360 could communicate to the the soundcard if all the sound is routed first through the Labtec box. So I have no sound until I buy new speakers. Anyway, I was not really impressed with the graphics, my Geforce 7950 gives me better graphics than what the 360 has, at least with this game it does. I don't even think that AA was being used, it didn't look like it anyway. I suppose that some people would tell me it is because I am not playing it on a HD tv but I would think that my monitor is comparable to one. My max resolution is 1680x1050. Anyway I need to figure out a decent way to set it up, it has a huge powersupply thingie that  plugs into it and the cords are all to short. I had to move my pc to the back of my desk and tilt it up for the audio cords to reach, which didn't work anyway. For now I have packed it back into it's box.

I think the problem is that you need to make sure your Y-Adapter is plugged into your Aux/Mic input jack on the sound card and have your PC volume control panel set with aux/mic on and a good program that can record "what you hear" (there are a few I can name for you if you want them).

I'm not familar with the XBOX setup but I'm sure as long as you have a red and white audio cables then you should be getting sound from the system since they usually plug right into the back of your TV or stereo/surround system. You shouldn't need to plug your Y-Adapter into your labtec box at all just the aux/mic jack on your sound card.

If you need extra audio and video cord lengths then just get male to female extention cords at your local Radio Shack or electronics store and use them to extend the reach of those cables (make sure to label each one so you know which is white, red, and yellow).

Thanks for the reply. I plug the Y adapter into the same port on the soundcard as the cable that leads to the subwoofer. This one has me stumped but friends told me that my speakers are too old and don't have the connections I need.

I got it working. I went to bestbuy and bought new PC speakers that has a AUX jack on the right speaker. I then bought an extension for the Y adapter plug and plugged the adapter into it and then plugged that into the speaker's AUX jack. The geek squad guys told me that it will not work if it is plugged into my soundcard. I didn't think it would, never made sense how it would work that way. Anyway I have sound and everything is ok in the world of 360.
