Since the link to Vigilante's Nemesis skin is broken, I decided to finish one I was working on and post it at Character Obscura.

Nemesis, along with Magicman, was ACG's attempt to cash in on the super-hero craze of the '60s. Kind of like a low budget Specter, Nemesis's powers varied depending upon the needs of the plot.

Along with Magicman and The Fat Fury, Nemesis formed the super-hero group The Three Muskateers (Herbie was just being nice to the guys; he didn't REALLY need their help).
