scoped fx permission

okay I'm working on a dc and a marvel mod each, and I have about 50 skoped fx, most of these use textures
that i got from ezfx 5 and 6. would it be okay to release these since most of them are recolors of irrationals tgas ?

I would assume so unless the person made completely new textures. EZFX 6 was all alex's work, iirc, and I don't *think* he'd mind.

IMO,

If they aren't on a permission list, then it would still be best to ask before releasing, just to be sure.

Uh, actually, EZFX was the work of dozens of different FXers, myself included. (albeit not as much as others :P) Note: This isn't to degrade the man in any way; Alex is a great FXer and DID take on the colossal task of compiling all of them, which no one else dared to do. :) Also, EZFX 6 is almost entirely Alex's work.. soooo that's impressive right there... and I'm just rambling at this point. :P

Yes, CM, that's why I specified in my post which version I was talking about exactly. Of course, I did manage to forget about the ff1 conversions alex managed to include, but only his recolors came to mind at the moment of the post.

Anyway, perhaps it'd be a good idea to list some of the skoped fx/textures you used here so the original fxers can publically say yay or nay (if they're still around)? Or at least, when you get the answers, post them in the nifskope permission thread for future reference.
