I put the KF and character files in Vogues file next to the skins folder and it closes down when I click on it.

Why is that you think?

If this is for  :ffvstr:, the mesh probably needs to be converted. Try Alex's "EZ Nif Converter":

Well the converter says I need this program but not enough space on my ever slowing computer. Damn no Vogue.
