Yayy! I finally got around to continuing converting my  :ff: hero files to  :ffvstr:! They come together in a pack along with FFX3.2.1 since alot of the changes I made to FFX3.2 were made specifically for some of the hero files. Also included is an extensive Mesh List with links to make it easy to locate the mesh and skin for the hero file I used. Hope you like them!

Back to doing what you do best eh TMX? Thank you for your efforts, they'll not go to waste.

Nice release, not only did you do some work on the hero files alone, but you did some major indept work on the M25 Ai files, I was looking through some of them and you really set them up to go along with the characters perfectly, very well thought out.  I cant wait to see them in action.

I noticed that you also included the extra py. files for some of the characters that have changes that were done in the FFX control center.   All my changes get stored in one central "ffxcustom" py. file in my scripts folder.  Did you make those up manually yourself? And do they just get stored in the hero file folder as well?
The reason I ask is your way would make it easier to plug and play the hero files with out having to go the control center and setting up everything manually.

*edit* Upon further review I seen that you did include your ffxcustom.py in the download, so what would those extra py files be used for?

sorry fro the dumb question, but what exactly meants the herofiles end in .py?? I can use that herofiles for the characters? because when I try to open with the Hero Utility the sofware only read the files end in .hero. soo what is .py??

TaskMasterX

Thanks, Agent. I did spend alot of time in Watch Mode tweaking the AI files. I tried to get the characters to operate better as a team AND solo and tried to ensure that they use ALL of their powers at the right time and not stand around so much.

As for the .py files, those are created when you hit the Export button in FFXCC. They contain the customizations for the characters. Since I did include the ffxcustom.py file, they should already be visible in the FFXCC. The .py files are really backups of those customizations in case they get lost in the ffxcustom.py. If they get lost then all you need to do is open the FFXCC and click the Import button and that puts them back into the ffxcustom.py

I hope that helps.

Yep, that answered my question perfectly, that is what I kinda thought they were.

thanks for the info Taskmaster.

and I officially want to say thanks for your hero files what I'm using and discover one or 2 each day. I love this game.

Hey Task,

Have you had the time to finish any of the other letters? I'm planning to give these a try when I setup FFVTTR on my other daughters PC. This will allow me to get up and going quickly.

Thanks!

TaskMasterX

I've been working on B and C, but it's been taking me awhile because I've been trying to do alot of scripting, too. When I finish the Wrestling/Grapple code, then I'll finish up those two letters - probably in about a month or so.

When I first saw this I thought, "Well, it's only a few letters, but it's a good start."

Then I downloaded it ... and found it contained all the Avengers and the X-Men.  Impressive!
