i think a skope on Grenadiers Checkmate knight could work.  He's got a wrist knife,  but its on the top of the right wrist, not under the left wrist.  He's got a gun too, which could be traded with a crossbow.

It seems like most of the costume are avaliable between a variety of meshes. A knowledgeable 'skoper could probably approximate this guy.

I, however, am not such a person.
