Unfortunately, it appears to not be creativity or execution based but rather a random sweepstakes.  The grand prize is pretty cool though.  A trip to see a fan premiere of Hellboy 2 in CA.  So, just draw something related to Hellboy, and upload it.  You never know. :)  Oh, and just because this is our Art Forum, post you picture here too so we can all admire it.
