Stealth IOs for flight

I'm looking at splurging on some IOs for one of my toons and was looking at some of the flight ones.  They offer a "stealth," but in reading the description, I don't understand how they work - 120 sec of stealth when activating an "instanced" power.  At least, that's what I can remember.  Does anyone remember the actual text, and more importantly what it means?

If it could be slotted into a click power, the stealth would be active for 120 secs after the click.
When slotted into a toggle (like flight or hover), the stealth will be active the entire time the power is active plus 120 secs after the toggle is dropped or turned off.
If it could be slotted into an auto power, the stealth would be constantly on.

Realistically, this particular flight IO can only be slotted into toggles....  The click power info is good for the teleport IO.

BlueBard

Ooh... I could use something like this for Astragirl.

What are the names of these IO's?  Any idea about how much they run at WW's?

Kommando

Yeah I have 2 of this set on Arcaeda, slotted into my PB inherent flight, and it works pretty much as Eph says, duration of the flight +120 seconds.  I think its Unbound Flight or some such.  Not a cheap set, but nice if you want to get around without drawing too much aggro.

Ooo - that is quite good, then.  I was reading it as only working for 120 seconds after I activate the power.  That's not horrible, but 120 seconds after I shut it off is MUCH better.

BB - look under crafted enahncements under flight enahncements.  There's two groups, the typical small set bonus/large set bonus set-up.

Flight - Freebird
Run - Celerity
Teleport - Time & Space Manipulation
Jump - Unbound Leap? (Not sure on this one)

Would it be worth it to pop one of those stealth IOs into my Kheldians' Dwarf form teleports? I don't use the teleport as a travel power, but mainly in combat. In groups I frequently end up with people getting in my way because they forget I'm a melee fighter in Dwarf form and have to teleport around them, and both in groups and while soloing one of my tactics is to TP into the middle of a group of mobs and use the Flare or Mire attack, depending on which of my Kheldians I am on.

It's better to use in on either the Nova form (less aggro = good times, since you're a bit vulnerable) or a toggle in humanform. Stealth is pretty wasted in Dwarf form, since you either want aggro or if you don't the stealth is quite minor to help, really. I just changed my stealth IO allowance on my warshade from the Dwarf tp power to a Prestige Sprint.

Ah. I may do that, then. Slotting it in Nova isn't an option, since my PB is human\dwarf\light and doesn't have it. But I may slot it in Nova on my Warshade eventually. (The only reason my Warshade even has it is for transportation because I hate Teleport as a travel power since you're hosed if you get lag, but he does actually use Nova form in combat sometimes - I don't use Dwarf form on my WS enough to justify putting a Stealth into it yet)
