Map and meshes needed for freeroam mod

So I'm current underway with a freeroam X-men campaign, and starting with the base, which is of course Xavier's mansion, or  his "institute" as he calls it but can't seem to find any suitable maps/house mesh(at least). So I wonder if this wonderful community could help point in the direction if they happen to recall anything that might fit the bill. Also a nice map for the interior would be just lovely. Or if the house has an interior, that would be work too. Oh and I had a great idea of implementing the blackbird as a teleport marker to send the x-men to the various maps/missions, as transitioning from a city to an exoctic locale(as most maps seem to be) is a real game breaker. Trouble is, I need a blackbird!! Would anyone be interested to give me hand with the mesh(I can text tho) and possibly "join the team"? You will have as much creative control as I, I asure you :) Oo and I forgot to mention a destroyed Mansion would be well brilliant as I plan to stage attacks on it.

ps. I realise this is the wrong place to ask, but while I'm at it..-Is it possible to do multiple endings with EZscript ie. dependent on who is killed, what actions you take and whether you succeed(fail an objective and continue)? A big part of the spirit of free roaming games is the abillity to make choices, and personally, making a difference to the world and having consequences is hugely rewarding. Say, for example...[spoiler]if Xavier's mansion was to burn to the ground(for example of course) ;)[/spoiler]  Thanks for reading and remember ANY help is appreciated. Cheers!

You don't need to EZscript directly, you may want to use goggle's assistant:

Here go just some tips: Try to keep things as simple and easy as you can. I mean when you plan a mod you (I) always think in 20 or 30 missions (EZscripts), lots of new maps, hundreds of new skins, maybe even voices... well, don't. There are lot of useful things you can use with the author's permission without developing nothing new: goggle's map pack, skins, meshes... I understand that when you post about your mod idea here you have a lot of faith in the project, but eventually you will abandon it if it's very difficult and ambitious.

One of the maps on my "To do" list was an X-Mansion interior map...I never found the time to get to it...I also never found the right base map to start with.  I didn't really want to use the Robot Factory map again...LOL!

How about "colinwood"? :) Tho I don't think I've seen a walled map with proper stairs on it.

Oh and I've just finished making the exterior(nifskope is torture) so it'd be brill if we could mesh it up :lol:
Still really struggling with scripting though :banghead:

Uh...Yes, It's all from  :ffvstr:  I didn't suggest that map, since it really doesn't look like the X-Mansion.  It would have to be re-skinned and the mist/cemetery removed, etc...I "creeped" it all up for the Collinwood "feel".

Yes I did mean the interior, but you're right it doesn't look like the x-mansion inside either. But hey its the closest to a home's interior that I've seen.

Yay done quite a bit now, linked up most of the world, MADE IT START, etc. making it starting was definitely the hardest part without understanding how M25's scripts worked. Productivity should three fold now(though I'm probably gonna work less) Still can't make it work after another mission however. ie. It will only work/start if it is the first mission on the campaign list. Expanding the city now, I haven't a clue about US geography, are the Madison square, flatiron and chrysler buildings in the east, north, west or south respectively? I'm not sure about adding them though, uploading will be an absolute nightmare(tommyboy's giant meshes). Also I'm making it "drivable" to and fro the Mansion but the default cars look ridiculous. Anyone know of more normal cars that the x-men might use? Cyclops is usually depicted as being into vehicles init. Anyway lastly, would anyone like to join me, and does anyone know how I can contact M25?

Huh, well maybe it wasn't even yours then, but I saw it in joemamma's map pack, where colinwood was an interior with 2 levels. I actually have had a look at your Old house map too.

Why hasn't this been moved? :huh: Anyway this is moving along nicely now, thanks to M25. I'm getting really carried away with the cutscenes, (invidual cutscenes for three characters so far!) but can't really be arsed creating new characters. And as the name suggests, this will be involving many Morlocks, so if anyone would like to contribute a random character which could pass for a Morlock that'd be just grand(or more if you'd like). I'm sure the numbers will easily add up fast that way. Preferbly in-game or small meshes perhaps?(skins would be lovely though) as I'm trying to keep the (eventual) upload size small. Needless to, all credits to where it's due. Cheers. I also have no clue what Mr. Sinister's power actually is either, so any suggestions(existing characters to copy of?) or hero files will be brilliant.

Someone named Remy created an 8-pack of generic Morlocks (males).

Ah yes...Joe Mama made the Collinwood interior maps to go with his pack (and used my Collinwood map for the exterior).  They are redressed and hexed Robot Factory maps, I believe.

Hey cheers for that, USAgent is a bloody machine with the hero files. Although expectedly with such a large range there seems to be some discrepancies with some of the characters. Also it's not clear which characters require state swaps? Anyway moving on along now does anyone know of(or noticed) any dance or "dance-like" keyframes? Mesh doesn't matter as long as it's a civilianish human.

Okay I never imagined it would come to this, but for the first time in the progression of this mod I'm on fire with the technical wizardry  but instead a bit stuck with the story. Anyone wish to input their um, input? I'm trying to think of a sound reason Sinister wanted the uglies dead. And none of that "eliminate wild cards" rubbish. The dark beast retcon was OK and definitely better, but surely we can do better?

That is not part of the terrrain.Each of the steps were painfully(I believe) placed by Conduit. I do hope he'll still let me release my rip-off though. :P

P.S: Will someone move this to the Mods section, I TRYING not to spam the board?
