Pimp My Stalker

So, in my quest for one fiddy of each AT (not counting the squiddies, which I freaking HATE) Im down to my last redside toon, a stalker.

My backstory on him is this. He's an older villian, before the time of Arachnos and Recluse coming to power. He's been beaten down by  the Freedom Phalanx a number of times, and has some cybernetic inplants to make up for the body parts left on the field. He's going to make one last go of conquering the world through Arachnos, and if that doesn't work, he's opening up a Bed and Breakfast in Delaware. His primary  colors are red and black to match Elec/SR, but Im not a slave to them.

I have NO idea how to make this doods costume. I've tried a few times, but they all suck. SO - Im having a contest. Whomever comes up with the best costume gets all of Sir Tophams infamy - which  as of his big ding last nite was 13 mil. I don't needs it anymore obviously,  and there's enough crap at the Freaky Base to sell at the flea market if I need cash.

Ok, its a good start. Couple of points:

1) he's older.

2) He's in better shape, not a thinny old dude.

3) I figger he  has some kinds of beard. Well kempt, but a beard.

4) I think maybe even 2 robotic arms are in order. He may originally just had the power to hide and such until statesman yanked his arms off and shoved them up his bum or something.
