Well you are correct and the preview is below. All he really needs is the shoulder harnesses. So as soon as I find some that can be hexed in, BINGO! He'll be ready

Well true I have been trying to skin overtime lately. But I have alot of unfinished skins and hexes that I hope to finish in the next couple of months.

For anyone interetsed in Arsenal a.k.a. Red Arrow. I shifted gears and did a skin as he keeps appearing on the cover of JLA. I am betting he ends up in this costume before all is said and done. Any way here's a quick peak and he'll be released over the weekend with several others.
