Anyone got any good ideas on the third summers brother Vulcan?

Kinda depends on which version you want. Current version is an omega mutant with the ability to produce extreme light, heat, force, etc. (along that spectrum). He can also disable mutant powers and breathe in space. Oh, obviously he can fly and has major endurance. Though of late, he's only been using energy blasts and totally ignoring his other abilities, so um...yeah.

The uber villain version was the same as above plus the ability to control earth, manipulate time, and adapt to any situation/environment.

So basically...you got a high powered blaster with high endurance, pretty good strength (just below gladiator), and um...possibly telepathic techniques?
