First crack at Cape mish

Astragirl is running through the Cape mission and just got the task to defeat the villains at the monument on Talos Island.  I've never done the Cape mish before and have no idea what to expect.

Any advice for this mish?  I don't necessarily want any and all surprises spoiled for me, but I don't want to rack up more debt either.

Is this mish solo-able by a 20th level Grav/Kin controller, or should I bring friends?

MJB

For Em I partnered up since it was my first time running through it, for General Victory I ran through it solo.

I'm no expert but if you don't have a problem running through most missions solo then you should be fine.

When capes and the cape mission were first added to the game, the mission was extremely difficult- except sometimes you'd luck out, and it wasn't. Fortunately, they changed the mission pretty soon after- if anything, I kind of think it's a little too easy now... Of course, that depends on your character, play style, difficulty setting, luck...

My Grav/Kin had no problem soloing it.

Get some break frees and heal inspirations, since there are some psychic Lost in the mission, and you should be golden

Exactly the sort of advice I was hoping for!  Thanks!

Uncle Yuan

I was wondering if that would be the same in Talos as Perez.  Really, BB, it's a small map with relatively few mobs.  Fair number of lts and bosses, though, so take it slow and steady.  If you can hold out until Sunday or Monday (maybe tongiht) I can be on with Prince Pulsar and lend some firepower, but I don't think it's required.

Verfall

If you do it solo on heroic you'll run into roughly 12 mobs total. Usually 6 groups of 1 psychic lieutenant and 1 minion. You're a controller, so it may take a bit longer to actually take down the mobs, but you'll be in no danger of dying so long as you're quick with the holds.

It literally went from the hardest mission at level 20 to the easiest mission. Just follow GM's advice and you should be done the mish in 15 minutes or less.
