Is tthere a Nifskope for Dummies?

I have a couple ideas that would require skoped meshes and would like to try skoping them myself, but I'm sorta technically inept and would probably need instructions to skope that a 10 year old couple probably understand.

Barring that, would it be possible to skope a shotgun onto Fusion's male_urban_jacket mesh? (That's not a request unless someone has already done that; I'm asking if it could be done)
