Madame Web

Can anybody think of a creative and useful hero file for Madame Web?  Anybody have some good knowledge on her that could set one up?   Can she be offensive at all?  All I can think of for her is Precognition and telepathy abilities.

She isn't really supposed to be much of an attacker, but I guess you could, if you must, give her an mental damage attack. Other than that, I don't see how else a blind and paralytic old lady can be useful on a battlefield.

one word:  support
give her Field Commander and set it to resistance or heroic, give her coordinator and power analysis too.
then some rally the troops, and a leadership swap too,  so she can give up hero points.
i use this type of setup with other chartacters too.  Like Destiny, Calculator, The Thinker (DC version) or even Alfred (i give him a healing attack too, call it field surgeon)
