criminal doubt attribute

i'm going to try and make this one.  it's for bad guys who are sometimes heroes, such as catwoman and black cat.
randomly during mission they will self hypnotise, similiar to the ffqmad attribute in ffx.
i'd also like to have a slight chance they surrender when put in stasis.
any advice on this last part?

One way of doing that would be to make the character interrogatable, with a line saying something like I give up, then leaving the character alive and with AI deactivated, then KO him to activate the interrogation.

Basically, the interrogation won't actually do anything, just help maintain the illusion.
