Need some help: Keyframe alterations

hi everyone,

i am wondering what is possible with keyframes and how possibly to do it? 

reviewing the new vxhawkeye mesh got me thinking of a vxghost_rider_bike.  i understand how to swap out hawkeye for vxghostrider.  i understand how to swap out the sky sled for tommyboys "hog".

my question comes when i begin to work with keyframes.  i would like to copy the fly animation and use as the run and climb animation.  however, i am not sure how to adjust the height of the fly to use as a run on the ground?  additionally, i am not sure how to adjust the orientation of the sled/hog to use as a climb?  Is it possible to accomplish these two alterations with nifscope?  If so, would anyone be willing to help me with this?

Just a little bump.  Anyone have any thoughts on how I could make these adjustments?
