Problem Skinning

Okay, so I wish to make my own custom heroes, but of course I don't want to use the four generic skins provided. But, when I try to follow the skinning guide, I have no male_basic_wireframe.jpg. I have no clue what to do. I'm using photo explosion and all the tools provided on the FF site. I don't know how to make FFbundles or templates either. Can anyone provide some help?

Also, I'm using FF vs T3R if that helps.
