Rumor Control - Marvel DVD's No More?

I overheard a rumor at our local comics shop this weekend. 

The rumor was that company that's currently licensed to produce the Marvel Comics DVD compilations has apparently lost their contract with Marvel.

And the theory was that this had something to do with Marvel deciding to make many of their archive comics available on their website.

Can anybody confirm/deny or further enlighten???

AGH. I thought you meant the 'straight to DVD' movies... now this on the other hand is actual bad news.
