Can someone give me a bit of info on him. What comics has he appeared in, when did he first appear, and what are his powers.  :thumbup:

He appeared in his own series of one-shots, Invincible cameos, and now his own ongoing series.

Basically, he only has one super power: his body is indestructible. But he's also in good shape and has years of experience working for the government.

He's 60+ years old. He's worked for the American military for this long because of his super power: Invulnerability. He has survived direct blasts by nuclear bombs. (He once was dropped into a fight with a nuclear bomb on his back for the single purpose of detonating it and then beating up anything that survived it)

However, because of this, many elements in the government want to study him (Which would most likely include killing him, or trying at least) so they can replicate the power and give it to other people. Recently, he has disappeared, apparently died and his sister has come looking for him. His sister has similar, if not more, powers.

His most recent Invincible cameo was being sent in the second wave of the attack at a nuclear silo captured by the Lizard League, however, Dupli-Kate and Rex Splode had already defeated them at previous cost.
