Sewer Trial (Dec 11, 9 pm EST)

Bravebird (and hopefully Crystal Belle, although I haven't consulted) will be running the Sewer Trial (heroside, lvl 38-40) on Tuesday, December 11, starting at 9 pm EST.

I can't remember how long it's supposed to take, but I'd love to get it done in one night.

If we can manage to do so, then Bravebird will be running the Twilight's Son TF (30-39) later in the week.

[Ephemeris]

It's two missions:

Defeat 200 rikti in the abandoned sewers (which can be done ahead of time)

and the trial itself, which is 1.5 hrs timed once the mission is clicked in the sewers.

It's best to be just under the spawn's level which I think is 41-42 range.

Trial's range is 36+

The force field may be broken, not sure it's been fixed.

Also, it can be done with any level over 36, the problem is that anyone not 38-40 can't get a gun...however, if you exemplar down before clicking the gun, you can get it, and when you un-exemplar, it stays. Essentially you just need one person to start it and be in the level range, and the rest can be level 50's. Also, you can invite new people at any time. it doesn't lock you into a trial, it actually counts as a regular mission.

Atomic Saint needs this badge like nobody's business. I certianly can run interference with the noob Rikti while you 40's pile on with the PA guns. Im in.

I'd also run the Twilight's son TF with you lads as the EB at the end spanked me solo. Of course, I was debuffed, he was buffed, I had no inspies..

Is there assistance required to whack the 200 Rikti? I was planning on running a quick Obo prior to the trial, but I could lend a hand if needed.

I'll do what I can to sign in a little earlier.  I can't remember if we need to form the team before hunting the Rikti, or if we can afterward.  I'm assuming the hunt would have to happen after forming the team.

The vet TP team reward will be a big help.

People can quit and join at will. This isn't technically a "trial", more like a "hard mission with a trial reward".

Thats entirely accurate. The last time I attempted this trial with Relativity, Black 13 was alone for most of the Rikti Hunt in the sewers , and the  rest of the team joined in afterwards.

My main is level 36.  When I read "over 36", does that imply 37+?

They need to streamline that trial -- make it have a clear minimum and max -- like any other trials/TFs.  The idea that you're pretty much required to have unexemped 50s or mid-40s at least to be successful just ruins the whole thing.  We tried without exemping Atomic Saint and it was a complete mess.

I would like to try to run it once more when Bravebird is 41 (is that still is range for the special guns?) and give a real go of it before giving into getting a group of 50s to run it.

I think this was one of their first goes at a trial. It's possible to do, it just requires a lot of coordination. And someone with invis and TP. ;)

I'd be willing to try again, if  we were committing  to cheating the hell out of it and smacking that @#$$#@$ piece of jello around the sewer once and for all.
