Reepicheep

I gotta admit, I didn't even make it past the first page with all the characters for a good while. But I think thats more my problem.

I just wanna help get this point across, since it had me quite annoyed as well; I seriously couldn't find my way around. I mean, theres no way of knowing that the button in the middle-top-left leads to the forums and I've forgotten what any of the others are already. All it takes is for the link names to be there, maybe dimmer, when its not being rolled-over, just so we know where is where at a glance.

I'm sure I could get through the site in 30 seconds flat, but if I were in my normal, careless, half-butted web surfing mood, then I would get frustrated getting into the site.

I really do consider this a big problem with the site.

UnfluffyBunny

actually I bought issue 1, then you were unable to ship to the uk, so I then decided to wait for the tpb that I believe was mentioned in the honor brigade thread >_>

as someone who's studied web design, and is a registered member of the ACITP(†) i'm actually insulted by that last post TBH, the stuff I mentioned was basic, like first week stuff, stuff the guy you PAID should have gone over before anything else.

and heck, if both me and Cap Spud are agreeing on something, then it's gotto be worth some notice ;)

(†) Association of Certified Information Technology Professionals (JIC you needed that)

in the end, everyone here is trying to help you, if you dont want to see that you can choose to ignore us.
hell if your happy I guess it dousnt matter what your target audience thinks, I mean, after all, we -ARE- your target audience, YOUR target audience, comic readers, giving you OUR feedback.
if I was just here to nitpick, which I mentioned in my last post, I wasnt, my posts would be ALOT longer.

First, I want to apologize for my last post.

That was a bad day with a ton of very heavy things happening. I was juggling all this stuff at once, trying to make sure it all was handled, and suddenly I had to add another thing to the mix...fixing the website. It was the last thing I needed to deal with on a day when having a stroke wasn't out of the question. I snapped at you guys and I'm sorry.

Second, if you've been to the site lately you'll see that every button is now visible and there are nav bars at the bottom the pages. Hopefully that helps with any confusion.

Uncle Yuan

S'cool.  We all have "those days."

And yes, the shadow text, buttons and nav bar really help!

BlueBard

The site looks great and it is a vast improvement over 1.0.

Glad it worked out.

Also, you're allowed to have bad days like the rest of us... apology accepted. :)

BentonGrey

Thanks Zap, the site looks great.
