Yah, this whole build is bad. Blunt as that may be.

First off, acrobatics is useless for you. Completely. With quickness and 3 recharges in practiced brawler you have everything acrobatics has and more.

Second, you literally need to take every power in your secondary. Every. Single. One. With all 3 toggles and all 3 passives, you just pass the 30% defense mark. My Invul tank hits that with 5 mobs in range, and he atleast has his resists to fall back on. Elude and quickness are perhaps the only powers you could drop, but quickness recharge bonus should never be skipped, and elude is a fantastic god mode.

Third, Touch of Fear is the only reason to take dark melee in my book. It has a huge to hit debuff, as well as being one of the few powers that can hold an AV through purple triangles. If anything I say ditch shadow maul and put it in that spot.

Forth, dark melee has the 2 fastest recharging, fastest animation time powers in the game, Smite and Shadow Punch. Those 2 chained together put out huge amounts of damage over time. You lack in burst damage, but you can pump it out so consistently you end up ahead of the game.

I would ditch Shadow Maul completely, and put either dark consumption or soul drain off till the 40s. You need to get evasion in there, as well as touch of fear. You also want smite. I'd take Smite in place of shadow maul, touch of fear in place of acrobatics and, depending on whether you want the damage boost or the end power, drop either of them for evasion. Than grab elude at 38. You end up losing out on epic powers, but DM/SR is an incredibly tight build. Fortunately, they mesh so well with the to hit debuff and the defense stacking, you end up more powerful than most SR builds.

I'd also look into IOs. Plenty of defense bonuses there, they can damn near get you to elude levels of defense.

No surprise there... I really have no idea what I'm doing. Thanks for the tips!

Yeah, I need to figure those out sooner or later. Sigh. No one told me there was gonna be math on this test...
