Story question in Premonitioner's spider-man Mod for FFVTTR

Anybody play through Premonitioner's Spidey Mod?  (Hi, Prem!)

So I got to the level where someone kidnapped Mary Jane (Doc Oc or Scorpion) and I beat on some white nuclear things.  Now they're gone and my only objective is defeat all the thugs.  I wandered all around the map, but didn't come across anyone.  The map is a little dark, so maybe I missed something, but right now I'm bored...

Any hints anyone?

I almost didn't see this thread. I recall putting out a patch to fix that problem, but posting your script log after you play the mission and can't finish the objective would help me a bunch since it's been almost two years since I've looked at that mod.
