FF Core Heroes' files

I am working my way through a mod and have a pile of prestige to play with.  In addition to some custom heroes I thought it would be fun to use some of the core FF heroes.  I used the cheat code to unlock some, but they come in as rank amateurs - nearly 1/3 the prestige point value of the core mod heroes.  I thought I would just create the fully experienced versions to use, but I can't find their hero files.  So the only powers I can reliably recreate are those that are unlocked from the start.  Is there a way to view the hero files for the core characters, or does someone know if anyone has made them that I could download?

edit: I got to my end goal, just in a rather kludgy way.  I used the cheat console to first recruit Alchemiss then give her a pile of CP and leveled her up.  Worked fine but for two problems.  1)Her mesh was available in the mod but not her skin - so I copied that over.  2)I had forgotten that Alchemiss in FF was only a levitator, not a flier as she was in FFv3R.  So I copied down all of her powers and made her.  There still seems like there should be a more elegant way to do this . . .

Why not just use FFEdit to increase their powers and attributes?

you really should give the manual a good read through since it expands on a lot of the stuff you've asked. PDF should be on the CD.
