Deaths Jester

Vodka and a bottle of scotch...it's the only way I stay insane!

Right now for dinner I am eating a cold Spamwich with mayo, cheese, onions, tomato and home grown lettuce on a sesame seed bun, and onion rings (homemade but not home grown) with ketchup. And drinking Diet Mountain Dew.

I had 2 blueberry Eggo waffles with margarine and syrup for breakfast.

Didn't each lunch; I was in bed asleep at lunchtime.

Oh man... I stopped at Flames on the way home and picked up some amazing jerk chicken on white rice with a side of mac and cheese. Really good, my lips are still tingling from the spice and the mac there is rich and tangy (lots of cheddar). I keep hearing that flames is not the best example of Jamaican and Carabean food but it's still pretty dang good.

Ares_God_of_War

my special brand of Fajitas. Steak and chicken with red onions, green, yellow, red bell peppers and jalepenos grilled and then marinated in a mesquite spices and salsa

Had 4 Krystals with cheese and fries for dinner tonight.

Watching game 3 of the NBA Finals while eating yakisoba garnished with grilled onions, shiitake mushrooms, tenga ng daga (tree ear fungus), leeks, bean sprouts, and tofu. And a sixpack of beer to wash it all down.

Just had a free Arby's #5 combo meal (that's the bacon beef and cheddar), thanks to a letter I got in the mail awhile back after filing a complaint online (I got shorted a sandwich when I went there last month to pick up food for 4 people)

Midnight

The Hitman

Didn't eat today. Had exams all day.

Oh wait, I did have some Oreo's and milk around 11:00 tonight. Does that count?

Beer and cigarettes.
I ate like four cigarettes today.

Everything bagels with cream cheese. I love everything, especially when that means various seeds and herbs. I also had a pineapple coconut wine cooler which is the best alcoholic drink ever and there was no soda or tea so I drank it even though I'm up all alone.

The first red tomato from our vegetable garden.  Grown by my own clodish fingers.

Sliced.

salt.

Pepper.

To put anything else on it would be a grevious sin.

And the response from the Minnesota delegation is unprintable in this family friendly forum.  The first four letters are y-o-u-s . . .

(Fresh tomatoes in June?!  Arrrrrrgh!)

Bwahahahaha!!  (wipes eyes from laughter)

Sorry brother, didn't mean to rub it in.  We've just got a long growing season here, and I took a chance when I planted in the last week of March...fortunately, I didn't get schwacked by a late frost. If it makes you feel any better, the blasted cabbage worms destroyed by broccoli after I harvested the initial crowns and my attempt at sweet corn met with unmitigated disaster!

That said, tonight's lovely dinner prepared by the missus was a slow cooked crock-pot white Tuscan bean soup, cornbread, and a spinach and strawberry salad!
