Greetings everyone!
After lurking for a while, I have decided to approach the general audience with a question concerning the Freeroam mods. I know that there is one around named Patriot City, which however tends to crash on my system after a while (I do not know as of yet whether that is related to FFvTTR in general or the mod in specific, maybe it's due to me using FFX 3.2?).
I have read of another being around, but I am nut sure whether this might be the same thing.

I would truly appreciate if anyone could enlighten me on how to either get Patriot City to work or obtain that "other" Freeroam mod.
Thanks in advance!

Patriot City is the basis that any other freeroam mod would have to use.  Any problem you are having with it, would likely apply to any other one.

Still, Patriot City is FFX 3.0 code, and there have been a number of improvements to its base code, so the situation mught be better with future Patriot City based mods.

As for FFX 3.2, no it shouldn't cause issues, as the two mods are separate.

And welcome to the community, MF.

can we get an update for the issues that still plague patriot city?

I am in no way affiliated with FFX, but I don't know if there are any issues with patriot city's freeroam system.  M25 figured out how to make it work for EZ Script, so the code must be solid.  I've been playing around with it (EZ Script, that is) and it works fine for me (my own errors notwithstanding).

You might need to PM one of the FFX team members if you have some more specific questions on Patriot City's source code.

the most common problems for me are crashes, sometimes story arc chars will still in combat and not be interigatioable (sorry i didint know the whole team,i only saw Drmike2000 and he appears inactive)

He was the whole team, but I am pretty sure the FFX team could take a look at anything, if any of us want to.  You shouldn't be able to interrogate anyone until they are defeated in combat anyway.

RubedoLH

no. not in combat, after i beat them down, i try to click them and its not letting me,the icon is up but its as still if there fighting

I've not played it in a while (though I really should do) but I have a vague feeling this might have happened to me a few times. So you may not be alone.

You will probs need to defeat any nearby foes to interrogate a foe.
