Hey All, I guess I am back. Who knows for how long though? RL can be a real mess sometimes. Any way here are a couple of ne hexes/skins I uploaded to my 10th Yahoo group. Along with Muse. Who thanks to JLAFan2001 I discovered I never actually released. Anyhow her are Lord Satanis and Lord of Time. Enjoy!!!!

Welcome back KS, for however long you can manage! I'm glad real life calmed down long enough for you to rejoin us for a bit. Yay for Muse! I'm thrilled to get my hands on that skin and skope, it was really excellent work! Did you ever finish that Matter Master skin/skope? I like these two new skins...that Lord of Time is spot on...and I love the crazed look on his face!

Is Lord Satanis a Silver Age version of Lord Satanus? I'm unfamiliar with the character. Cool-looking, though.

Well it is nice to be back in the FF community. I did check the boards every once and a while. But couldn't dedicate myself to any skinning. But with RL slowing down I have decided to try and get back in the swing. My next two releases will be The Weird from the 90's mini series and Kung the shapeshifting enemy of Wonder Woman and the All-Star Squadron. I hope to keep them coming and maybe even get some requests done. Still feeling you the Bent my friend.

I'd never heard of those characters, but those funky designs inspired me to look them up. Cool stuff! :cool: I'm going to have expand my DC reading a bit more...

The Weird was also the back-up in the recent Captain Comet mini-series in Mystery in Space.

If I can ever lick Particle Emmitters, I may try my hand at Captain Comet.

The Weird was used anywhere besides that mini? Wow. I actually love that character, despite disliking several things about the story itself. And he wasn't even THAT weird. Cool looking, though.

I agree with AA about the incosistence, however. The boots and gloves look washed out. Granted I notice a lot of your reds look like that (RE your last two skins). I think might be a little bit how you highlight. Do you use the dodge tool or do you use a lighter colour (or white) for highlighting? I find both methods don't suit my tastes, and tend to highlight red with a more cherryish or orangey colour depending on how I want the red to look.

It may be monitor trouble. For awhile I ahd to include color description on any work I did, becasue it wasn't the same clors on my monitor as someone else'. Green Lantern Green, Superman Blue, and Flash Red were useful description.

Interesting, the reds are much more washed out on my girlfriend's monitor than they are on mine. I think I may have to adjust my colour settings a little, and you may have to also.

Well I thought I would give a little preview of some things I am finishing up on. Finally finished Mal (Herald) Duncan, Lord Volko skin for Bent on an amazing mesh/hex by Bearded, Von Bach, Nukloid, and Hyperman of the Kingdom Come series. There will be others to follow and I'll announce when these are uploaded.

Some nice skins there, KS. I've already told you how much I love your Vulko, but I also really like your Nukloid. He's pretty neat looking with the electric lines like veins...sorta' creepy.

Well here are two new skins I finished via the request thread. First is Psycho-man and the next is the Jackal. Two old school Marvel villians that haven't been done yet. The scopes were done respectively by doctorchallenger and djfredski. I just added some skins to them. As always I used a C-6 base as he will always be the true master of FF skinning. Hope you all like them and enjoy them. They are ready for download in my 9th Yahoo group.

Love Jackal ... my one quibble with Psycho Man is that the mesh is a bit too "skinny" and not stocky enough. But you'd probably need mesh skoped to those proportions, so its kind of moot point.

Thanks Doc for the input and the great scope for me to skin. I also uploaded to my 10th group Von Bach, Vulko, Nukloid, Hyperman, and Herald. I have other on the way still and am colaborating with djfredski to skin some scopes for him as well. Hope you all enjoy these and I'll try and keep them coming.

Well here are 2 more skins/scopes before I call it a night. First is the Flash villian Plunder donr on TJ's solid_snake mesh, an obscure WWII hero the twister which is on Tommyboy's Red Tornado, and the golden age Wonderman from Better Comics group. Hope you all like them. They are also available in my 10th Yahoo group.

I love the latest batch of skins you have done, way to knock out those never before skinned characters! I especially like the KC characters.

Question... The read me file for Plunder says it uses TJ's Solid snake mesh keys, but there is no link in the read me to where we can get that mesh to get the keys (its not on the master mesh list either)

Well I am still in the skinning buisness. I uploaded 3 more skins to my 9th Yahoo group. I don't think any of them had been done as of yet. I guess you could say I am working on my Mrvel Comics A, B, Cs. I give you Aquarian (a.k.a. Wundarr), Blue Marvel (from Adam Legend of The Blue Marvel) and Captain Rectitude. Hope that you all can get some use out of them. There will also be some upcoming releases of Major Victory (a.k.a. Vance Astro), Genis Vell in his Legacy duds, and updates to Jackal and Psycho-man. As well as several others that will remain a secret at this point. Nothing too major just like to throw in a few suprises.
