Finally!

I finally have a character who hit 20!

Astragirl is now 20th level AND has unlocked her second costume slot so she can run around in her secret identity.  Woo-Hoo!

(More importantly, that 20th level power is slotted -- Gravity Distortion Field.  Which, if it hit more often, lasted longer, or recharged faster might actually be really really useful.  I know where level 21's enhancement slots are going...)

By the by... Astragirl is currently SG-less.  Any suggestions for an SG without strict activity requirements?

If you already have someone in FR, H.A.M.S.T.E.R.'s doors are always open

Astragirl -was- in FR, but got booted out for inactivity.  I don't want a repeat of that, so I'm not putting any of my toons in FR.

Not that I don't love you guys... just respecting the inactivity rules while choosing not to deal with them.  Astragirl doesn't exactly fit the H.A.M.S.T.E.R. concept, but thanks for the offer -- I may very well take you up on it, G'Day.

Astragirl might fit in Babes of War, but again, I would expect to be inactive too often to remain a member.  I have serious alt-itis depending on my mood, don't have any toon that I consider to be my 'main', and family demands keep me offline more often than not (or I would be active enough to be in FR).

GeoFire, who is currently a member of Freedom Academy, will probably wind up being my next 20.  When, I dunno.

BoW also has a rather extensive application process.

Every toon fits the H.A.M.S.T.E.R concept by definition.

Unless you're a clone.

Or GDay doesn't like you.

Or you're fond of bad Aussie jokes.

Does anyone know why every time I open this thread I get a "You're about to view pages over a secure connection" message?

Very odd.  Since the thread isn't an https:// address I can't imagine why your computer thinks it is.  I've never seen that message come up incorrectly before.  What do our techie guru's think?

I figured it out. It's clownprince's picture. On a hunch, I tried viewing his profile, and as soon as the image started loading, the same thing happened. I had been canceling out of the "secure connection" thing, and clownprince's image hadn't been showing up for me... I figured that, the way images work here, maybe the site the image was actually on was causing the problem.

I don't even see his picture.  Possibly something to do with running Firefox and how I've got it configured.

I'm running IE7 and I can't see his avatar or sig pics.

I don't see them, either, but that av picture is definitely what's causing the message.

Dweomer Knight

I tried right-clicking on his Avatar and opening it through Photodraw and it told me the site (which is not secure) wasn't valid.  How odd.

And then there were two...
