I must apologize for the week delay. We had some issues with the printer that kept Honor Brigade #4 from shipping on time to be out this week.

Diamond assures me it will be on shelves next week.

Go buy Honor Brigade. Don't disappoint Toy Boy. He doesn't do disappointment well.

I wandered into a (different) local comic store the other day and saw 3 copies of HB#1. Cool stuff!

Sorry, PP. I don't really know what shops are getting the books unless I know the owners. It all depends or not whether they've ordered the books. I just know what regions of the country order how many copies. Diamond doesn't provide more information that that.

I might be signing up for a dropbox (or whatever they call it) soon, as I'm finding the time to read comics lately. I'll bug them about HB, if they don't carry it already. Thanks for the reply!

just finished reading #1,2 and 3. wow the stories shaping up to be really good. i can't wait for #4 to be available online.
i really like the backstories you've given the characters, and the gradual introduction of new characters. it's like your hitting up all of the major stereotypical origins, but putting new spins on em.

Glad you're enjoying the story so far.

The main thing we're trying to do, which seems like many writers these days fail to do, is make you care about the characters. Flashy costumes and superpowers are great, massive fight scenes are fun, off the wall ideas and humor are entertaining...but none of that matters if you don't care a whit about the characters wrapped up in everything.

A good story leaves you wanting more and missing the characters at the end. Hopefully we're doing that.

I finished writing #6 last month. It's titled "Out With A Bang" for a reason. It's like a sugar-coated tire iron to the head.

If we've done our job, you'll want more once that last page is turned.
