Yeah i made a few stylistic and colour changes to him but kept the overall look quite similar. It wasn't a bad design, just executed less than spectacularly.

Yeah I remember that guy, and I must say this version looks much better.
As I recall the old version had basically the same colors, but this time u put them to better use, good job!

Ohhh....NPI revamps...nice work, Car.  Makes me want to go back and revamp my old villians.  If only NPI was coming back.....

One thing though on Radiance that bothers me is the costume "wrinkles"/ribbing on the neck...they stand out just a tad too much.  Might I suggest ye tone down the highlighting a bit maybe.  Other than that I cannae wait to see what comes about.

I like the bald-headed version of Gravija, and Radiance looks incredible. I absolutely love the colors and designs.

These guys ARE the minions! :)
Baron Zemo never went anywhere without the MOE, and these guys fill that same role, powerful, but not too ambitious, they are the perfect muscle for hire bad guys that the mastermind throws at your hero in waves.
I have a heap more in mind, so keep an eye out for them.

I'm going for a kinda goofy ex pro wrestler look here, nobody would get about in spandex yellow shorty shorts and bare legs...except this guy :D
he'll have some form of ears or additional mask piece to draw focus to his head and make his outfit seem more animal-like.

That tiny bit of overlap is actually not a very big problem. If you just skin them both the same colour, they should match up alright. Not 100%, but good enough that nobody'd be able to tell.

NomadX: I sure hope not! If that guy can take Wolverine he'd be invincible, considering how overpowered wolverine is these days. :D

As for the clipping on Feryl's mask, i figure I'll just alpha out his forehead so it stops conflicting with the mask.

Unfortunately due to his choice of keyframes, the not-so-good doctor is unable to reside on the shared mesh that houses the previous quartet of crims. Need to reskin the helmet, its currently using AA's Cerebro skin.

Ohh, I like that design.  I really like the little Pyro-esq things on his hands.  I think you should make those little boxes on his belt match those on his hands though...or maybe not.  I suppose it's a question of matching the hands or matching the helmet...

Yes! I LOVE this design. The helmet is so sweet...  The purple is awesome. This is a guy I want to fight.

I agree that his side squares should match his hand squares, though. In all honesty, I probably wouldn't bother even matching his belt to his helmet. I'd try it all as the darker purple first. If you are going to make it just a tiny splash of silver, why not make it super prominent that there is only a bit of silver. His eyebrows and light skin tone make it alright.

I also don't quite dig the logo. It's got the problem most of the CoX logos have (actually I think it is really close to one) and that is that it looks like generic clip art rather than a super villain logo. And really, most super villains don't even have logos. It's more of a hero thing. Especially when it comes to chump villains whose sole purpose is constant defeat.

Now... it CAN work, but I think it has to be something a bit more distinct than just gears.

So geez, I make it sound like I don't even like the skin anymore, but I do. Probably my fave of the villains, actually. And I just love seeing them. These guys are fillin' me with joy.

Its an amazing skin Carravagio, probably the best of the villains...im really amazed how well you skin.

BUT(yes theres a but), im not really feeling his eyebrows. I think they look a little big, but that doesnt even affect the skins awesomekillerpowercoolness. Awesome work Carr, cant wait for the finished team!
