Countdown to 50! Suggestions, y'all?

Amigos,

So Condor is in his final few steps to 50 (just a couple of bubbles from 47).  I'm psyched, but also just a tad sniffly at the thought of it!

Knowing that there are no glorious end-game epiphanies awaiting me, I'm wondering what those of you who've covered this ground before might suggest.  What would be good stuff to undertake for my first hero in his final three levels of develpment?  My way has been mostly to follow story arcs (just finished Janet Kellum and Tina McIntyre), and I know that I can do more of those.  I've only done a couple of task forces (Moonfire and Katie Hannon) and the three respecs.  At this point, though, I'm open to anything at all!

What's your advice for the bird-man on his way to picking up the gold Rolex?  And any of you with characters in range, I'd love to share the last few levels with you!  :thumbup:/ :(

California Hustle is also 47.  I haven't been playing him much because I'm still debating a respec.  The Maria Jenkins arc is fun due to it's AV-goodness, but I was thinking of running one or two of the Shadow Shard TFs to get closer to 50.  In some ways, those TFs are tedious, but in other ways they're rarely played and therefore, unique.

Tort, I can be down for any of the shard TF's....just set it up.

Level 47 to 50 is a little tedious, since you have to earn that much more xp for that level than how much a typical minion is worth. That said, there is still plenty to do:

Besides Maria Jenkins (praetorian AV's), there's Harvey Maylor (carnie AV), Unai Kemen (Dreck, psychic Babbage again, Requiem) and Crimson (kronos titan monster & AV, and Nemesis).

If you know any Kheldians, they have a special arc with Requiem at the end.

There's also the RCS Respec Trial (the one with Riktis), plus the safeguard PI mission, plus hanging out in Recluse's Victory....

Or, if you're a sadist, you can do with my last 50: Grind out xp in FBZ doing missions that never end or change. =D

Who gives Maria Jenkins as a contact?  I have Unai Kemen and Crimson as contacts currently at lvl 46 and just started with them.  I've been reading a little about the Jenkins arc and reeeeeaally want that one.  :D

I am a little behidn this, but am halfway to 39 right now, and if such groups are around, and people don't mind SKing, I'd be eager and willing to help! Storm/Rad.. not an Emp, but I have O2 heal :D

You should time it to ding 50 on the Tyrant mission from Maria. Hit 50 on the "end boss" of the current mission, that'd be a perfect ending for a character I'd have to say. Ver hit 50 on the mission with both Marauder and I think Dominatrix is it? Not quite perfect, but Marauder was basically his arch-nemesis in the 50's, must have fought him a hundred times, even duoed him with just Rain maker once. So for me he was a fitting finale for the long road of my first toon.
