Hey Tommy does your MACH meshes work in FFvTTR? The wings weren't attached in the ctool2 when I tried it.

Yes, they do. You may need to nifconvert though. I just checked all four in ctool2 and they were all fine.

Podmark

Thanks I'll give it another try. Maybe I have to convert keyframes.

More MUA stuff:
Heres some updated versions with a few new ones thrown in:
First up, Wonderman V3 4-pack:

Then Quicksilver V3 5-pack:

and Giantman V3 6-pack:

NIICE! Can't wait until the PC version finally ships (I had bought another version previously, but with all the cool PC goodies you and others have been adding, I finally broke down and bought the PC rendition. Plus, I might be able to use my own stuff, which would be sweet.) so I can use these!

Oh, BTW, have you updated your Tom_basic? For some reason your newer stuff has been looking alot cleaner.

tommyboy

I've just uploaded a fixed version of the "classic_Hulk_tf" mesh, now he lifts stuff correctly, and I've fixed a couple of rigging/physiquing errors, too.
I'll try to fix and upload the planet_hulk_tf and WWhulk_tf meshes soon.

tommyboy

The fixed versions of Planet_hulk_tf and Wwhulk_tf are now uploaded.
(Again, the lifting of objects is fixed, and some minor physiquing fixes.)

Cyber Burn

Hi Tommy, I was just curious if you were planning on releasing your Firebrand mesh that you had previewed a while back.  Thanks.

Hi Tommy, I was just curious if you were planning on releasing your Firebrand mesh that you had previewed a while back.  Thanks.

The plan was to release her as part of the E2:Elseworlds at War Mod, but since that seems perma-stalled, I'll see if I can either bring myself to work on it, or release the meshes within it that have yet to be released..

kssaints

Hey Tommy,
What others beside Firebrand are you going to release? I am looking forward to anything from those great Golden Age characters.

detourne_me

finally got into the custom mods for MUA.  Tom, these guys rock,  i love all the hawkeye skins!

tommyboy

Speaking of MUA, I forgot to announce here that I released my MUA Falcon Mod.
4 meshes/skins, custom icons, powers, huds, special Redwing mesh FX.

No, someone else is working on the skull though...
meanwhile, more MUA stuff
Here's an updated version of the Hulk, with shorter arms, and a couple of new skins.
The pack comes with 7 skins:
Green, Grey, Original, DLC_kittbash, Fixit, Planet_hulk, WWhulk(not shown)
I recommend using the 110_supersoldier.igb (renamed, of course, as his basic animation set, as the run animation looks better).

Yep.
But I only release my own skins 'coz I have nobody elses permission to use them in MUA.
But if any of you skinners want to collaborate on MUA stuff, let me know.

I dont have time but all my work is free range for MUA. I've been to the fan forum a few times and I really like what I see there.

Excellent! (the "free range" part...not the "don't have time" part)
I'll see what skins of yours I have and can use with my MUA meshes...

..is the one I frequent. There may be others for all I know.
I can't recall if you must join to read posts, (but I think that you don't have to).

Not as far as I know.
As a Moderator there, and as one of the only people making meshes for the game, I've taken a hard line on kittbashing in general, and especially uncredited theft from other games.
So if there ARE kittbashes out there, they are on some other site, and not in the "mainstream" of the MUA Modding community.

the_ultimate_evil

dont worry man i wasn't accusing anyone, was just curious. i know you wouldnt let something like that happen

It WAS suggested by someone that "we" could use freedom force skins, and there is now a programme (dx 3dripper) that can actually capture geometry and textures from within any DX9 game, so the possibilities are there, but as a community we are trying to build a culture of "do it yourself" rather  than "steal it from others".
If you give people enough stuff of good enough quality, I believe they are less inclined to steal.
Besides, even kittbashing for MUA requires lots of effort, which also dissuades people I believe.

the_ultimate_evil

no worries mates thats understandable and i can totally respect whatyou guys are doing looking at the site there is some fantastic work being produced.

djfredski

Awesome job on the hulk tommy. i can't wait to test him out.
