The ink hasn't dried yet...but I gotta let it be known

Last night I inked a contract with some buddies to take over 20% ownership of a local bar. The bar is a in a good area and attracts a lot of foreign customers from the ship yards and training schools. I don't have high hopes as this is my first time going into business and I have no clue how to run a bar. Most of the business will be taken care of by the largest share holder and I'm just expected to help with management decisions and to drum up business. I even have a say in who's hired and who's fired...real power! I'm really excited about this. We should be going full swing by April 3rd.

Anyway, if any of youz guyz ever finds yourself in Nantong, Jiangsu come on over to City Hunter Pub and have a few drinks on the house!

I've no clue where that is but being a fan of City Hunter (the anime series and the Jackie Chan film based on the anime series), it sounds like a place where I would get completely sloshed.

It's named after the Jackie Chan movies and I've been sloshed there many a night....like last night. I gotta save up my liver for next month when i can drink at cost.

Ah City Hunter - loved the anime, loved the Jackie Chan movie. so is your bouncer a large bald guy, or a young woman with a multi-ton mallet in her purse? ;)

Thanks for all the well wishes. We're planning a big under new management party on April 3.
I'm learning a lot and I haven't even started yet. We're getting draft beer and kegs and such. It's cool. I've been looking for an investment opportunity and this is a good start. I hope to someday to own a bookstore.
