You know, it occurs to me that I really should have asked for the definition of 'Nursultan Tuyakbay' before I voted.

For all I know, it means something.

Which might actually disqualify it.  Unless of course it stands for something which:

1. Is Hysterically funny, or would be if you understood it
2. Incites rage in Osama Bin Laden
3. Is anatomically impossible
