Adam Warlock Ability

I'm not sure if this is the right forum for this, but I'll give it a shot.

Adam Warlock has the ability to wrap himself in an energy cocoon that also gives him regenerative abilities. My question is this: is there anyway to duplicate this in FFvt3R?

For this power, I gave him the Self-Heal Power Swap from FFX3. The only thing missing is the FX of a coccoon being woven around him.

I'm pretty new at customizing  :ffvstr: and at using FFX, so I'm not sure how I use the Power Swap. Could you tell me how to go about it, or send me a link to something that does explain it? Thanks!

It's all in the FFX3 manual.  Which is why we bother to keep that thing updated.
