Protomorph

That's not exactly a request, though. Moving to Meshes.

Beetle's Bug awesome and the Timmverse female mesh looks really stellar as well. It seems the game will be reflecting JLU universe more than ever. Great really and I have lots of ideas for Beetle's Bug...

Xenolith

I think this stuff is amazing.  Timm style really suits the game maps, too.

The Hitman

The Bug looks great, and it'll come in handy for this "Super Buddies" mod idea I've been bouncing around in my head...

bearded

update on timm girl:

is that chest to much?
also, i wish it were cleaner.  maybe a good timm style skin would make me feel better.  anyone have a timm style on female versatile?
suggestions for animations?

detourne_me

I think the chest is great.  the angular aspect works, especially when you look at Timm's pin-up girl style artwork.
as for a Timm-like female versatile skin,  check out C6's Giganta skin for Yellow Lantern's mesh.

Very cool, Bearded...I'm really looking forward to the Animated DC meshes.

Allow me to give this a slight *BUMP*, saying that we'd really like to see this sucker skinned.

Awesome Bug!!!

And it's great to see more Timm stuff.  Will she use regular female keyframes?

bearded

the bug is up and in one of my groups, i think 5, ready to be skinned.
i've mostly dropped the female, volsung is just outdoing me, mine's not necessary.

Just got it Bearded. It looks great but where are the KFs?

bearded

it's meant to be a vehicle object, i don't think it needs keyframes, does it?

apfarmakis

Not too sure about this Bearded but don't worry about it. I've skoped the mesh onto two different vehicle meshes for the anims. Unfortunately, the driver/vehicle attribute seems to be broken.

BentonGrey

Did anyone ever skin Bearded's "Bug" mesh?

GGiant

Forgive me for being ignorant, but what does the bug do?

Valandar

For most mission types, probably the same thing the Freedom Flyer does - act as a "lander" during cutscenes, and then be just something else to toss around in a mission.

However, it coud also theoretically be used as a "character" mesh - it was armed, and could blind a target as well, plus it could fly.

With the fixed and updated vehicle/driver attributes of FFX, it can be even more.  BB could call it in when a mission required more firepower or speed than he had on him.  Then he could hop into it and fly around the field blasting bad guys.

Blue Beetle rides inside it?

BentonGrey

He can...sort of...what happens is that you get custom commands to summon your vehicle (which zooms in from a distant corner of the map) and then you get a second custom command to enter it.  When you do, your character disappears, and you gain control over the vehicle.  You can then exit it and send it away if you want.  I SHOULD have vehicles implemented in DCUG when I release it...and I'll include the BUG if anyone wants to skin it!

Where does he ride it? on the top or inside?
:banghead: :banghead: :banghead:
I'm actually thinking of a skope of Blue Beetle riding it on the top.

Then better off, skoping it on the spider mesh I've been toying with.
