Doesn't catwho offer space for all FF related projects?

Failed_Hero

I know a guy go to www.syphic.com this guy is friend of mine and could really use the money he is attempting to start his own online business.  I can always try to get us a deal.

catwhowalksbyhimself

Yes, I offer hosting for free, but I'm a bit slow and you have to keep bugging and reminding me.  A lot.

If you want hosting of your own 1and1.com is where I get mine from.  It's inexpensive and generous.  The one downside is that there aren't too many fancy pre-made scripts and templates, but if you want to make your website from scratch yourself anyways, that isn't a problem.

PsiBlaze

Okay, here are two that I've been trying to get hacked out.
First is Cable from x-men revolution

Next is one I've been dying to see out there, but for the life of me, she is a pain in the rear to skope, let alone mesh  :P Spiral. She still needs parts, I'm having trouble with a floating helmet  Her shoulders bug me too, but I'm working on it:banghead:
For good or ill, please critique  :D

Spiral is the one character I've been wanting for the longest time, and I never thought she'd get done because of the complexity of it. It's great to see this. I can't wait to get ahold of the finished product! Keep up the great work! And that goes for everyone! There's a TON of great stuff in this thread!

tommyboy

Heh, looks like you nifskoped a female body onto my six armed spider-man mesh (or at least are using the bipeds and/or keyframes from it, I recognise the poses as mine, unless I'm very much mistaken).
Good thinking.
Looks pretty good so far.

AfghanAnt

You could use the fur off of Ink's Beast mesh for her fur, maybe silver samurai's helmet, and a few tommyboy pieces to finish it up.

:D Good eye Tommy. I hope you don't mind. Everything on her except the sword and body are yours. The sword is from Silver Samurai, and the body is Ink's she hulk, since I though her size would minimize keyframe distortion.

I tried the Silv. Sam. helmet, but I still haven't figured out how to prevent it floating around. I'm working on it.  This stuff is fun ^_^ Cable's eye effect is from the fairy lights  used on Pan's Island around the magic trees. I get such a kick out of the way it glows in and out. Thanks for the comments people

Failed_Hero

Hey Guys,

I just realized that I have a large amount of domain space avaible, I can host the site for free if other can build and run it.  I can set up the accounts tonight for the admin,.  However the site would be hosted through my infinitysedge site.  If the consenus is ok with that I will get things set up tonight.

The Hitman

Failed_Hero,

That would be great. I use Macromedia Dreamweaver to design sites, so maybe we could work something out.

:bandwagon Thanks to Unko and Style for the pointers (awesome tutorial, S); I can show you this WIP (my first Skope ever)!  And Happy Birthday to Bearded, without whom I felt like a  :ff: thief in the night.  Now I know I can contribute something to this community.  :agentclap Thanks BiL!
Thanks also to TJ, House Quake and Michael 'Magarnigal' Mellor for original TekkamanBlade, and Syn for Quasar_an and the incredible C6 skin on the mesh.
Tekka2BladeCape.
Hope you like it.  It will be my temporary avatar, until I can make something closer to Unko's sketch.  Now if I skin it... ^_^
:o I almost forgot, it uses male_cape or male_basic keys:  pose courtesy of Val's acrobatic_male_basic.kf!!   From his Nightcrawler mesh keys.  :yipee :D
I think that's every1...
P1
PS--Rev, or any1 else...any chance you could point me to a tutorial on skoping keys?  I would like to meld some other animations with Val's to create my avatar's personal set (if it's ok with Val, of course).

Peerless1

Note to PsiBlaze:  :sahweet
I am having the same problem with the (geo-spheres and) cape from Syn's Quasar when using male_basic keys.  I had to resize it to fit Tekkamesh better, and I am guessing it needs to be attached to a node or something like that.  Unless there's a way to skope kfs for the cape for use with mbKeys, but I am not sure.  I just know that your stuff looks great

Blkcasanova247

I guess I'm gonna have to jump onto the bandwagon... :D

Ink's Nightwing (C6 skin) with Gren's JM Demon (C6 Renegade hex) Keyframes and Batons and Renegades Power Ring Gauntlets and Boots.
I did a couple of versions of him with longer hair that I'm still tweakin' and also I'm working on my Glitch Girl redux..which is almost complete. ;) Big up's to Style for showin' a brother the ropes and for his continue help...Thanks brother!

style

Very nice! That was one of my very first skopes. But I wasn't smart enough to think of the boots and guantlets! :banghead:

Peerless1

Well here is the more updated version of my avatar.  Cant get Tommy's IM helmet and shoulderpads (nor the cape) to stop floting when animated.  Tried attaching to bip nodes, to no avail.  Will update as I get colser.  Also the left hand weapon doesn't work on this model, but did on the other.  It just sits there.

Podmark

Ok that Cable is great, I had plans to skin that Cable way back so I'm really happy to see a mesh for it. I'd love to get a chance to skin it.

Spiral: :D !!! Unbelievable! Finish that baby up and you get super praise, I can't tell you how impressed I am.

Blkcasanova247 I love that Nightwing. It is prefect. Great job.

Peerless, that's some pretty cool stuff, are those original characters?

Guys, you seriously must start releasing this stuff. Seriously.

the_ultimate_evil

glad to know i wasnt the only one who thought nightwing

Alphanaut

Peerless1, if you can't get it to stop floating about, try attaching it to the handle node.

Thanks alot folks!

Handle, bip01,  root scene (as well as attatching helmet to head and neck nodes) do not work.  The cape and staves work now, but the Ultimate IM bits just float around...Thanks all for sharing and the help.  Although I will miss you all terribly *hey! who snickered--was that spam? (probably he turns this into a candy bar commercial)*  Alas, I must put this away and journey to the realm of Morpheus. :hcship
And yes Sir Pod, this is my own creation.  I have a slew of them, so once I know what I'm  doing wrong...Look out.  Of course by then, I'll be the only one left here ;).

For I am NOT SPAM!  :whoami-sign:Suddenly I'm Hungry.  :gbthungry
But that's fine, because I made donuts last night.  Mmmm. Fresh, hot, greasy donuts.  Anybody want1?

deanjo2000

Been working on a jlu kgbeast

Using inks pyro attachments is there any way to make his arm cables in to a single cable? or is it meshed that way so cant be changed.
Also i did a forceworks version of usagent

Is there a way to make it so the shield only shows on certain animations just to reflect his energy shied he was carrying then?

(usagent is a kittbash so wont be released with the mesh)

Have you tried deleting the NiSkinInstance from the bits that are floating around?

Urthman

This is a simple hack, but I like how it turned out.

1. Take an alpha-enabled boulder.  Make two copies.
2. Paste each copy on top of the original, but rotate them a bit and make each one a little smaller.
3. Add a spider-web texture to each layer.
4. Point Spider-man's crystallisation attack at the finished product.

5. The Black Cat is gonna be stuck for a while. (Actually not. Her claws make pretty short work of it.)

(Note that the tiny bit right in the middle is the end of the power FX, not part of the crystal.nif.)

Wow,  that USAgent!  Don't really know KGBeast, but the model looks  anyway.
:o , isn't this fun
Urthman, is this to say that fx can now have effect on the map?  Either way, good going!
