yeah,  converting them was the only way i could skope yellowjacket properly, at different sizes. otherwise he would be tiny every step of the way (in the atom mesh, which has the male_tiny as the base mesh) or male_basic sized in the antman mesh.

Yellow Lantern's Kirby Hulk on TJ's Dr Jeckyl/Mr Hyde mesh,  both skins by DaGlob - I also skoped the "headache" area keyframes to be the default Idle  so it's like Banner is constantly in pain after all the transformations.[/spoiler]

gasp!  i actually did something....
This is actually 2 different skopes for Yellowjacket. 1 on TJ's Atom mesh,  so he can grow and shrink, and 1 on TJ's Antman mesh so he can ride a flying ant....but the yellowjacket mesh worked perfectly.  so umm yeah, go pick these guys up in my yahoogroup!

just wanted to say that it is AWESOME playing with a size-changing Hank Pym -- stuff like this is why i still check this site, pretty much every day! :D

Good stuff I see coming my Bro :thumbup: .....I just want to take this moment and let everyone know I have a bunch and I mean a bunch of unrevealed skopes. But I hate showing them without a new standard skin. I wish the skinners would show more love to skopes as they do a brand new mesh. I understand why they wouldn't want to because all the negative talk about skopeing. But know this (and this only for all those hating) if it wasn't for skoping, real talk, Freedom Force\Freedom Reborn would be defunct! :angry: :P

i absolutely, positively and completely DO NOT want to start a fight in any way.

but i did want to say that, as a fan of comics for a really long time, that i appreciate that you guys are making things. i understand why many creators have left this community -- the games themselves are older, the programs used to create new meshes are outdated and, iirc, not even available any more. learning how to skin and mesh and skope -- it requires a significant level of skill before people can do it to a level where they would even consider releasing things.

but i've always been hardcore about my hobbies. waiting for you guys, as well as other creators, to make and release things -- it's worth it every time a new/updated character comes out.

i've said it before, but i don't have that kind of artistic ability to do what you guys do -- i just don't understand it at the level you guys do. i can't see how the pieces fit together, if you understand what i mean by that.

but i hope you guys realize that for people like me, we don't take it for granted, whether it's a skin, skope or mesh. i hope you guys keep going, because as long as you do, i can promise you one person will always be checking and downloading whenever you release something.

i know skinners would love to show more interests in skope, but the way i see it is, we either do it ourselves, or the major factor is there just isnt that many really active skinners anymore

Silly style, let's keep our perspective as honest as possible, eh? No one has talked negatively about skoping from what I've seen. It's an upgraded hexxing ability. Certain meshers don't want their creations touched and that's not really negative.

Let's also keep in mind how many skinners we have left in this fair community. Compared to meshers, fxers, modders, mappers...the skin community is thriving and some of them do skin skopes...they just skin what interests them at the moment and they have long lists.

So, "real talk", there's more skopes out in circulation than skinners. So unless we suddenly get more skinners bursting into the community, then it's a safe bet that many skopes won't have standard skins and that's something we'll have to deal with, no?

We're low on skinners these days. Which is unfortunate.

Hey guys, I don't post here (or in skins, meshes, ...) often - I usually just pick up my jaw from the floor and admire. But I want to echo the sentiment that the skopes are much appreciated. I think there is some very cool and creative stuff showing up on this thread. And, there is probably never going to be a perfect match between the amount of skinning people are doing and the amount of stuff around to be skinned. I'm glad that things have come together as often as they have, for I have all the fine arts talent normally associated with a jackhammer.

Well...I think this behooves me to really get my skinning chops together. :P Hey I'll do skopes and skin as much of 'em as time and my own capabilities will allow and truthfully in my experience skinners have been pretty responsive to skinning the few skopes that I've done;TUE did those Catman skins that rule! Revenant has skinned almost all of my Ultimate Titans skopes with a few more to go and I have some things in that are gonna be attened to as soon as time allows them to be skinned. If I haven't said it enough to the skinners who I've worked with.....Thanks! Everyone is spread so thin...that's why I decided to get in the game and skin some stuff...now if I could only finish that first one... :lol: Oh...did I mention VX Batman and Robin? :rolleyes:

The problem I see with acquiring new skinners is a lack of in-depth skinning tutorials to teach and encourage it. While I consider skinning the easiest skill in FF creation, it's still not easy. People who try their hand at skinning need all the help they can get.

I'd think fxing would be the easiest FF skill to have if you can handle hexing, the file setup, and dealing with alpha planes a lot. Even nifskope makes it slightly more easy if you know what to look for and how to use your resources.

Hey everyone sorry for my lil rant truth be told I didn't know how truly little skinners we have left but I do know the big dogs like TUE, Tomato, Unkoman, Afghan Ant, C6, Revenant, and Murs47 have all supported skinning skopes. anyone got any tips skoping in game meshs for :ffvstr:. i've a few ideas but the meshs wont convert and nifskope just refuses to work with them
