Avalon

I been working a few skopes/hexes:

Ultrman/Superman Prime--hexxed off the belt on Superman_Ren and added the Captain Marvel keyframe
Batman (Long Ears)--- skope of Tommyboy's Batman and Yellow Lantern Batman
Shazam!--- skope of Hydra soldier with Captain Marvel with Sentry Hair all by Renegade
Yodam Sat and Guy Gardner---skoped a male basic onto GL_Hal by Renegade
Kid Lantern--skope Hal_GL with hair from Vx_Male add gloves from VX mesh.

Sweet skopes and skins Avalon!

AfghanAnt

Great job on the skopes, Avalon!

One question though what did you do about the hole in the Hydra's backside? I wanted to use that mesh for an original character but the hole stopped me.

That is wrong on so many levels

Avalon

I put on those long underwear with the back flap.
I use a male basic and leave that showing and place the "baggy" part over it. It has some minor overlapping but it is not so you can notice in the game.
thankfully the cape covers up that spot so you its covered a little.
You try using the AIM soldier with the same trick. (Which is what I should have actually used. I went back and changed it)
The trick is you have to use one of Renegade's male_basics mesh (Hourman III works great.)

yell0w_lantern

I have to admit it - I'm jealous of that Batman.

Renegade

It's been a while so I could be wrong, but that may not be a hole. The polygon faces are probably just reversed to hide them so that the butts don't poke through the skirts. If you can figure out which polygons they are and how to flip their normals, you may be able to restore them.

Then again, it may really be a hole with those polygons removed. I can't remember which method I used.

I don't believe NIFSkope is sophisticated enough to allow the selection and manipulation of particular polygons, much less the flipping of normals.  It allows the smoothing of normals for an entire mesh but not for particular polygons, AFAIK.

Phantom Bunburyist and Fop o' th' Morning

Avalon

It is a flip. There is a "wireframe" on it. But then you can just use the AIM mesh for the same skope and not worry about the missing hole.
BTW, special thanks to Renegade, Tommyboy and Yellow Lantern for making all these meshes. They still keep me interested in this game.

So, sorry to go back so far, but could I ask if/where/when these are available for download?

H0UR_MAN

I have gone back and read through this forum and must compliment everyone for all of the wonderful characters that have been created with Nifskope. It is very inspiring.

The Resident civil servant speedsters of the Infintyverse Bluestreak and Backdraft.

Carravaggio

Awesome duo there, FH, I'd love to see a whole team of cop based heroes. Nice work on incorporating the traditional uniform into a superhero look :)

Thanks, Carravaggio.

My Batman Equivalent is Dark Wolf whose secret identity is a Sergeant Grade Three detective Dorian Talbot.  Blue Streak is Carson King his partner a grade 2 detective.  Carson was member of a teen-hero group called the Upstarts that ended in tragedy, a result of the Upstarts final battle was Carson losing his powers.  However after a few years which Carson spent wandering ended with Carson enrolling a police academy.  Carson's powers were jump started by fellow speedster Backdraft during a cataclysmic invasion which added a knew superhero to the ranks of the Haven City Police Force.

Backdraft is Anderson Craft, a fire-fighter in Titopolos.  his nova gene power is to absorb heat in all forms and redirect it into super speed travel.  How ever Anderson is also the modern day Keeper of the Flame, a title given to the Champion of Earth regarded with the purest heart and ideals.

Backdraft represents Barry Allen and Bluestreak represents Jay Garrick.

Also I can easily slap on wiremaps for release + specialised Keyframes

To be exact, it's the "Swooping Hawk" wings from my OOOOOOLLLLD Eldar Swooping Hawk mesh. :D

Carravaggio

WOW Cas, and I thought the last one looked great! Wish I'd thought of this first!

Failed_Hero

The design looks like a character I made long a go called raptor, who was supposed to be the teen side-kick of Dark Wolf, the idea was scarped but Casanova make it look so awesome. (Unless this is Carter Hall's side kick who went evil)  Still great design can't wait to see it skinned.

Blkcasanova247

He's my vision of Hawkman for a reimagined DCU idea I've been writing over the last month or so..but is he Carter Hall? Hmmm... ;)
