The previous and current semesters have been nothing but method, procedure and the history of art. Very mundane. I've created nothing. I really needed to skin something to keep the creative juices flowing. I may a do a couple more.

You've got some great stuff in this thread Murs! My only complaint would be the subsituting gray for black. I never liked the look of that...it always makes the skin look faded to me.

I have my monitor set for printing so it gets in the way a lot. Am I still having this gray problem with Bucky?

Looks fantastic Murs. I saw that design by Juancho and it was great. The only thing I would change is the eyes, but that's just me.

Um are you not releasing it because of Renegade's comment in the request thread? Because I think he was saying that because he thought it was for the Bucky's Cap costume from the actual comics. Check with him if that's so.

When I saw that thread I was wondering why Murs would want to hex off the gloves and boots for Bucky. Bucky's costume has both of those  :lol: Plus he knew you were working on the mesh. But I just left it alone.

Hmmm...wonder how this new skin would look like if you could see his eyes...

Just noticed the belt (buckle?)...at first i thought it was incomplete or something..being gray(or desaturated?) But seeing it sideways, made it look ok. Maybe you could make it look more metallic?

So, I'll pretty much be re-skinning this.

Oh no! That's almost the worst! (right next to accidently deleting your photoshop file, when you are almost complete... happened to me with my avatar. I finished that skin but adding the extra details on the tga.)

But, if you're reskinning, I wonder if you could match the blue more to juancho's. His is a deeper, more royal-esque blue. I think it might look even better, actually, and make it stand out even more from your standard Cap. It's a great skin either way, though.
