he's fast.  like a bullet.

backstory:  bullets energy made him pretty close to immortal, but due to a BAD situation, he became paralyzed.  Empress (female mentor, not designed yet) built for him a hover bike (think tron) that responds to his mind, which operates just as fast, if not faster.
edit:  just a note, that's a turbosquid hover bike, so i can't release it as is, but all i have to do is make a new one similiar of my own design, and we're good to go.

i don't like the inmesh streaks, but an fx streak scripted would look neato.
you just gave me the grooviest idea!  what if i made his flight animation really low to the ground?  it wouldn't really be flight, so much as a super speed!
