So, I need help. Probably really easy.

So, I've recorded my sound files, converted them to mp3. I've edited the appropriate text file. I've made the character add in FFEdit (3rd Reich and tagged him accordingly. I've even done the "Options" tab bitty. The only thing I can think is there's some difference in the way 3rd reich's voices are modded from FF1's. Can the voice files even be edited for a non-mod 3rd Reich? Please, someone tell me what I'm missing.
