Umm...look a few posts down.  We've been discussing it for a couple of weeks.

Umm...look a few posts down.  We've been discussing it for a couple of weeks.

We have been talking in that thread about Iron Man's grey prototype armor... EW somehow managed to snag themselves a picture of the modern Red & Gold armor he wears in the second half of the movie.

Now the question is that a real CGI element from the movie or just some "leaked" computer model by some uber fan to get credit for a breaking news pic?

Uncle Yuan

Not a bad design overall, although ergonomically it's a nightmare - no hip abduction, no rotation at the ankle, no inversionor eversion of the foot.  Walking in that thing would be impossible!

My bad.

It probably still would have been simpler to add it to that thread, or at least make it clear this was the red and gold armor.

My bad as well for not seeing the previous Iron Man movie thread....  :banghead:
Ive got my work brain active right now

I just imagine a blooper real of him falling over again and again then yelling for help during very dramatic moments.

Hmm, not the suit that I love the most, but it looks pretty good.  I think that would work really well on film!

Who's the villain? Do we know?

So far it sounds like Mandarin.

Its supposed to be the Mandarin, but Jeff Bridges is playing Obadiah Stane, who is either working with the Mandarin or will be set up as the villain for the sequel.

Now that the live action movie is coming and we can see the armor I'm sure we all know the answer to the ages old question...what does Tony wear between himself and the suit?

captainspud

In Ultimates they had him in a jumpsuit and poured liquid in the cavities.

I think I found out who the villain is...

Boredom.
No seriously, the attached report says Iron Monger...

I mean with the Mandarin, Fin Fang Foom, even Crimson Dynamo and Titanium Man, they elect for Iron Monger?  I thought they said they were getting the input of fans?
Verfall

Well after the pile of crap that was 80% of spidey 3, I'm praying they don't ruin this movie. The cast and the armor pics have me thinking they won't, but I thought the same when I saw pics of Venom before actually seeing the movie....
