Request: Rex Spode & Multi-Paul!

Ok, I know people are pretty flat out to do a lot of requests ... but c'mon, these guys have the coolest names and simple (yet swank) streamlined designs.

For those who don't know, Rex Splode is a superhero from the Invincible comic ... he's kind of a teenage cyborg Gambit-y guy. Multi-Paul is the PO'd brother of Rex's recently deceased team-mate Dupli-Kate ... an asian teenage Multiple-Man type.

I'd love to skin Rex, but I'm knee deep in X-Men stuff right now. I promise if no one takes this request I will one day complete it*

Rex kinda needs his own hex, doesn't he?

And Multi-Paul (gosh, Invincible heroes have the best names!)... actually I wouldn't mind seeing his hair done right. Oh, I know it can be done. I know. How about this? If somebody is willing to get me a mesh with the perfect hair for Paul, I will totally skin him. In fact, I will skin him with different numbers on his chest. Five or ten random numbers, depending on what is wanted. How high can he go, actually?

Paul has never appeared yet in the comic (that cover is for an upcoming issue) but his sister Kate didn't seem to have an upper limit.

According to the Secret Origin of Dupli-Kate, she and her brother became wards of the state when they multiplied into the hundreds. But no, it hasn't been determined what their maximum number is yet.

Here-here!! I LOVE Invincible! We need to see more Invincible inspired skins! And I too dig Rex-Splode (very sad when he lost his hand...ah...but I digress). That would be great to see him and Multi-Paul in the game. And while we are on the subject, would anybody be willing to skin Atom Eve???: http://invincible.110mb.com/Support.htm

I just added an Invincible page to my skins site. It includes my Atom Eve skin, which really could use an update but that will have to wait for another day. Hope that helps you guys a little bit.

I asked Style if he could skope Multi-Paul's hair, but he's unable to work on it at the moment. Does anyone know of anyone else who can do skoping requests?

Also I love Rex Splode this much. Yes I'm aware that you can't see my hands but assume I mean alot. Maybe after I get some other skins done I can skin him.

I've gotten way less done that I should have... turns out getting the black piece of the chest to actually look right is a bit more work than I thought.

But I'm sure I'll get bored enough to finish the rest eventually. Don't you worry!

I need to put down GTA and finish :doh:
I need to remake the belt pouches because I seem to have made a mess of the ones on there :oops:
once I have those remade and mapped i'll try and get the nif uploaded, it'll probably benefit from some skoping attention as i'm not entirely sure I can work out reflect and glow at this point (my graphic card dousnt always play nicely with either, or alphas for that matter), and it'll just be male basic keyframes unless I get time to animate.
